The Private Pilates package is more than just lessons. The star of this package is 3 hours of private Pilates lessons in either 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. Laura Biondo has 20 years experience as a Pilates Instructor. You'll be in great hands. You will also receive a Pilates mat, Pilates Ring, an insulated water bottle, and packages of For Good Granola!
